Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. Montenegro Lawn Service is licensed and insured in Florida. A certificate of insurance can be issued to the property owner or management company on request.

How do I get a bid for my property?

Submit the property details through the bid request form and you will get a walk-through scheduled. Pricing follows a site visit, because acreage, turf type, bed footage and access all move the number.

Can you handle multiple properties under one agreement?

Yes. Multi-site portfolios are common in retail and HOA management, and consolidating them under one agreement usually improves both the route economics and the consistency you get on each site.

Do you do commercial installations as well as residential?

How long does an installation take?
